At DCash Africa, I interned in the tech department, focusing on cybersecurity. I’m now moving from a technical cybersecurity background into customer care and working to help users while keeping everything secure.

I draw on my technical foundation in APIs, Linux, and security to support fast, accurate user interactions. I aim to stay with an issue until it’s solved.

At Glimmer Fireplaces Kenya, I worked as a photographer and videographer, capturing product images and videos for marketing.

I completed Introduction to Cybersecurity at Moringa School. I’m interested in cybersecurity, networking, fintech technology, and mastering the customer care field.
