I am a senior software engineer with deep experience designing and operating distributed systems for regulated, high-throughput environments. I have driven architectural redesigns, mentored engineers, and led cross-functional teams to deliver platform upgrades that improve reliability and observability.

At BNY I increased message processing throughput 10× and reduced max queue latency from 13.9 hours to 22 minutes through priority queuing, Postgres tuning, and reduced network calls, ensuring SLA compliance at scale. I also championed Docker-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and standardized error reporting to enable more frequent and reliable deployments.

Previously, I built business-critical REST APIs and containerized large fleets of jobs for Kubernetes deployment at Man Numeric, and implemented high-performance services and battery configuration systems at Tesla (SolarCity). My technology practice spans Ruby on Rails, Python/Flask, .NET Core, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, message queues, and observability tooling.
