I’m a security professional with over 8 years’ experience in Kenya and abroad, combining hands-on leadership, decision making, and supervision with a disciplined military background. As a Platoon Commander, I planned and executed missions, coordinated with key personnel, and ensured mission plans were followed, including writing after action reviews to support sustainability and future progression. I’m also computer literate and committed to clear communication, working well with others in multicultural contexts.

In my most recent role as a Risk and Compliance Supervisor at Carrefour Kenya, I respond to emergency responses, act as command and control for incidents when needed, and enforce safety and security policies through daily/weekly/monthly equipment checks and patrol compliance. I train store employees on emergency procedures, monitor video surveillance footage for policy adherence, and support investigations involving employee theft, breach of ethics, corruption, and violations of company conduct. I identify safety and security risks, document risk reports, contribute to Loss Committee action plans to reduce shrinkage, and maintain strict compliance with the law and evidence-handling procedures.
