What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a tutoring or education support role where I can build trust with students, deliver structured lesson plans, and adjust instruction based on progressβ€”while working in a friendly, supportive environment.

I’m a current college student focused in psychology and behavioral sciences, and I’m highly self-directed and committed to completing tasks with little outside help.

I’ve built experience through education and mentorship in independent hobby spaces, including onboarding new players in TTRPG spaces. As a TTRPG Mentor (2022-2025), I introduced new groups and individuals, organized schedules for 4-8 people, curated and created educational materials on rules and expectations, and provided extensive one-on-one assistance. I also designed and ran cooperative team-focused activities while keeping individual preferences in mind.

Most recently, I worked as a contracted GO Tutor Corps Virtual Tutor (Feb-Apr 2026) supporting 1-3 middle school students with Algebra 1. I focused on building trust and relationships, executing and adjusting lesson plans as needed, assessing learning progress, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for underperforming students. Through my coursework in education, behavioral management, lesson planning, and statistics and data analysis, I bring both structure and reflection to every learning experience.
