@miguelnunes1
DevOps consultant at Service IT who deployed Kubernetes platforms for enterprise customers and improved observability.
BrazilWhat I'm looking for
At Service IT, I designed and deployed Kubernetes-based platforms for enterprise customers, including OpenShift, EKS, GKE, and Rancher. I implemented Prometheus-based observability for WebLogic environments and automated SysOps workflows with Ansible.
At Red Hat Brazil, I was part of a global team resolving critical OpenShift cases for enterprise customers. I built lab simulations and reproducers to accelerate bug identification, and used the ELK Stack to analyze logs across distributed environments.
Through Heiwa, All4IT, and B2W, I delivered OpenShift deployments with infrastructure as code using Ansible, Puppet, and Terraform. I also participated in B2W’s migration from monolith to REST microservices, supporting stable operations during Black Friday 2015.
