At Lehman Brothers Holdings, I fixed Board reporting during its $82 billion bankruptcy liquidation, automating monthly reports and making forecast data easier to query. At IBM, I built financial models and business cases that helped technical leaders secure CFO and CEO approval for major modernization projects.
