What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead pharmacy operations and teams, improve customer service, develop community healthcare programs, and contribute through training, performance management, and strategic initiatives.

At CVS Health, I worked with the Pharmacy Supervisor to manage operations across New York district stores, develop pharmaceutical sales initiatives, and market CVS Caremark managed care programs within local communities.

I trained pharmacy staff, set accountabilities, tracked performance, and provided feedback to help teams deliver strong company results. Previously at CVS Caremark, I led pharmacy technicians, onboarded new hires, improved customer service and wait times, and managed inventory procedures aligned with business strategy.

I've also grown mortgage loan portfolios at Ameriquest Mortgage Company and supported Telha Foundation's hospital venture in Pakistan, presenting to investors and donors to secure more than $95,000 in commitments. I'm fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with mid-level Italian proficiency.
