At SAINT XAVIER UNIVERSITY, I supported financial planning and analysis across budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. I led a new budget-building and forecasting process that reduced overall expenses by $1.4 million in the first year, and implemented a budget management module used by approximately 150 employees.
