At SoftAge Information Technology Limited, I recreate mechanical parts and assemblies as dimension-driven build123d scripts from reference STL/STEP meshes. I generate AI CAD training data and validate models against reference geometry with an automated mesh pipeline.
At RING Beteiligungs GmbH, I supported production transfer for Bosch Thermotechnik (Dakon division), adapting designs for local machining and materials. I also redesigned cast-iron boiler doors as welded steel while preserving insulation thickness and key dimensions.
My CAD work has also covered sheet-metal products, heat exchangers, data-center cooling units, conveyor systems, and automotive lighting. I create manufacturing-ready 3D models and 2D drawings, drawing on experience across six major CAD systems and a Git-based workflow.
