I drive control assessments, POA&M remediation, SSP maintenance, audit preparation, and security governance across IT, Engineering, Contracts, Procurement, and Program Management.
Previously, I led cybersecurity operations for U.S. Marine Corps and SOCOM PMOs at Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic, completing ATOs, reauthorizations, IATTs/IATBs, and Reciprocity ATOs across complex lifecycles. Across more than 20 years in Navy and DoD C4I environments, I've led incident response for 65,000+ Navy Medicine users, audited Active Directory environments, strengthened system security postures, and mentored cybersecurity teams.
