I've led IAM architecture and delivery at S&P Global, migrating legacy customer identity and access management systems from on-premises data centers to AWS and VMC. This work enabled data center shutdowns, cost savings, and more reliable platform performance.
At IHS Markit, I defined the architecture for a next-generation customer IAM system in AWS, selected database technologies, and produced database models for custom repositories. I also implemented schema deployment tools and automated database unit testing to improve quality.
Across database architecture, data warehousing, ETL, and cloud modernization, I build highly available, secure data infrastructure and mentor engineering teams. My work includes Microsoft SQL Server, Amazon Aurora MySQL, Redshift, Oracle, AWS services, and BI reporting platforms.
