I’m a results-driven procurement professional focused on buyer responsibilities that improve bottom-line performance through cost reductions, vendor management, and strategic sourcing. I’m known for contract negotiations, supplier relationship management, and using market insights to make well-informed purchasing decisions.
In my current Buyer role at FLUOR DANIEL INC. (May 2025–Present), I manage procurement of equipment and materials, lead sourcing and bidding activities, and execute purchase order (PO) workflows from bid evaluation to PO closeout. I also monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with PO terms and conditions, and I support organized procurement document management.
Previously, as a Buyer Associate at 1st District of Batangas Association of Scholars / ONSEMI (Sep 2022–Apr 2025), I created PO needs for sites and operating units and served as a system expert in resolving PO issues, invoice and payment disputes, and troubleshooting. I reviewed approved requisitions through Oracle, ensured PO system accuracy, managed Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) releases, and helped maintain supply continuity through pricing confirmation, delivery updates, and order acknowledgment follow-ups.
I also strengthened my procurement foundation as a Purchasing Assistant (Oct 2017–Sep 2022), where I received and reviewed purchase requisitions, conducted price canvass and sourcing, prepared and processed POs under procurement policies, and coordinated with accounting for payment processing when advance payment was required. Alongside procurement, I teach as a College Professor and support research activities—reinforcing my data analysis, market analysis, and market-driven decision-making mindset.
