Michael Loiselle

I’m an autonomous full-stack engineer specializing in building composable platform infrastructure, advanced developer tooling, and high-performance React/TypeScript frontend architectures. I focus on turning ambiguous product goals into clean, production-ready code blocks.

I architect robust APIs and SDK integrations, optimize browser rendering paths, and translate complex rendering and data boundaries into reliable user experiences. I’m especially drawn to the intersection of AI-driven automation, agentic workflows, and content management systems.

In my current role at Raven Crest Software, I own implementation, testing, and production verification for the DocketPass visual workflow platform. I design composable, component-driven UIs, build extensible REST APIs, and embed agentic system workflows and prompt optimization models to accelerate autonomous feature delivery.

Previously at Paladin Technologies, I led enterprise technical execution and core systems architecture mapping, optimizing relational database frameworks and server network infrastructure to protect high-throughput backend performance. Across my earlier systems and infrastructure work, I practiced methodical root-cause analysis to isolate failures, maintain uptime, and ensure continuous system activity logging.
