I'm looking for Scrum Master or Agile Coach roles where pragmatic coaching, meaningful outcomes, and how teams actually work matter more than ceremony.

At Labster, I coach three cross-functional teams across EMEA and US time zones delivering VR lab simulations integrated with global LMS platforms.
