Micayla Fivaz

I’m a passionate and dedicated English educator with over 5 years of experience in ESL, Business English, and first-language tutoring. My mission is to help students realize their full potential and foster a genuine love for lifelong learning.

I deliver highly personalized lessons for adults and teenagers, focusing on Business English, grammar, and conversational fluency. I’ve supported communication confidence for both professional and academic advancement through tailored instruction.

I build lasting outcomes through adaptive lesson design and student-centered methods that fit diverse learning styles. I create customized curricula, cultivate an inclusive classroom environment, and help students strengthen reading, writing, public speaking, and foundational-to-advanced language skills.

Alongside teaching, I bring a disciplined, data-informed approach from international work in viticulture and operations—maintaining data quality, authoring and delivering SOPs, and leading multicultural teams. I’m also currently studying instructional design to continually expand my ability to create engaging, learner-focused experiences.
