At Promos, I led a full redesign of the mobile app to improve navigation and promotion discovery. I designed user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and reusable components in Figma.
I defined the Design System and UX Writing criteria to keep screens consistent, then collaborated with development during feature implementation to align design and product.
At Neotel, I supported customers using its telephony platform and Contactus, created complex CRM workflows with JavaScript validation, and wrote SQL Server queries and stored procedures. Earlier, at Tobs, I maintained frontend development for ecommerce using VTEX.
