What I'm looking for

I seek a role combining QA and data analytics in a collaborative, learning-focused team where I can advance automation skills and deliver data-driven quality improvements.

I am a QA engineer and data analyst with hands-on experience in manual and automated testing, data analysis, and reporting. I have worked in hardware testing, audit analytics, and sales analytics across local and international teams.

My technical strengths include Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, Cypress for frontend testing, and Postman for backend API testing, complemented by experience with Jira, Trello, and Salesforce. I have contributed to Citrix hardware testing and supported audit analytics at Deloitte.

I hold a Bachelor's-level multidisciplinary business informatics education (one exam remaining) and have completed Salesforce Academy and QA automation courses, plus certifications in QA (Cypress) and Excel analytics. I bring a proactive, energetic approach and strong communication skills.
