What I'm looking for

In the short term, I aim to ensure accurate and timely payroll operations, maintain compliance with current regulations, and improve C&B processes and reporting efficiency. In the long term, I aim to develop into a C&B professional who can manage end-to-end payroll operations and contribute to improving HR policies and processes.

At PetroVietnam General Services J.S Co. (Petrosetco), I process monthly payroll for 2,000+ employees across multiple service contracts and coordinate payroll activities as Payroll Leader. I also manage end-to-end personal income tax compliance, from registrations and monthly declarations to annual finalization.

I standardized timesheets and payroll calculation sheets for onshore and offshore operations, improving data consistency and reducing manual calculation errors. I also developed and implemented standardized PIT formulas to improve monthly payroll accuracy and annual tax finalization.

Previously, at PwC (Vietnam) LTD., Co, I provided payroll and statutory compliance services to corporate clients with 3,000+ employees, including Vietnamese and expatriate staff. Earlier roles at Triumph International (Viet Nam) LTD., Co and N.A TOPJOBS LTD., Co gave me experience in payroll and recruitment consulting.
