What I'm looking for

I seek a finance or bookkeeping role where I can apply Xero and bookkeeping skills, grow through AAT progression, and work in a collaborative, customer-focused team.

I am an experienced bookkeeper and cashier with over a year of hands-on bookkeeping experience and strong customer-service credentials gained in retail and banking environments. I combine practical cash-handling, Xero familiarity and Microsoft Office skills with ongoing AAT study to strengthen my accounting expertise.

In customer-facing roles at Barclays and retail settings I consistently met service targets, mentored new team members, managed tills and resolved complex account issues while supporting remote operations during COVID-19. I also delivered social media campaigns and performed ad-hoc bookkeeping duties, including cash book management, payroll assistance and accounts payable.

I am diligent, adaptable and organized, balancing full-time work while progressing through AAT Levels 2 and 3, and preparing to begin Level 4. I seek to contribute accurate record-keeping, regulatory compliance awareness and strong communication to a finance or bookkeeping team.
