What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a finance operations opportunity where I can support accurate processing, organized documentation, and responsive finance workflows.

In my current Financial Administrator role, I reconcile sales data in POS systems and Sage Intacct, manage accounts receivable and collections, and prepare monthly statements. I also process vendor payments through Bill.com.

I compile annual financial reports and tax filings, with a careful approach to completeness, compliance, and confidentiality. My work includes validating information, tracking discrepancies, and keeping payment workflows moving.

Previously, I managed full-cycle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, audits, and periodic financial statements. I also coordinated financial requirements for regional vessel trade alongside time-sensitive documentation and regulatory standards.
