I've conducted laboratory research at the Romanian Academy's Institute of Biology, analyzing water samples, isolating and cultivating microorganisms, and applying SDS-PAGE and antibiotic susceptibility testing.

My work includes studying bacterial culture kinetics, extracting exopolysaccharides, determining alginate content, and detecting bacterial biofilms through crystal violet assays. I organize, review, and interpret experimental observations while following established protocols.

At the National Research & Development Institute for Medical-Military Research Cantacuzino, I performed PCR, agarose gel electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE, gene cloning, bacterial transformation, and plasmid DNA purification for influenza vaccine research. I contributed to work published in the Romanian Archives of Microbiology and Immunology.

I'm completing a research-focused Master's degree in Chemistry centered on Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, building on a Chemistry degree and hands-on analytical testing experience in microbiology, data accuracy, and scientific documentation.
