I'm seeking an opportunity to work.

At University of Louisville, I worked on “Fungi and Diseases & Effector proteins of Fungi,” extracting fungal effector proteins and inserting them into plants to observe phenotypic changes.

I performed laboratory methods including PCR, qRT-PCR, DNA preparation and extraction, RNA extraction, gel electrophoresis, DNA recovery, and DNA transformation.
