Megan Sharp

I am a strategic, results-driven professional with experience operating and maintaining radar and air defense systems in the U.S. Army, where I improved mission readiness through technical proficiency. I led initiatives to enhance communication protocols and worked across government, civilian, and corporate teams to increase operational efficiency.

I developed training programs and cross-cultural collaboration skills through Basic Combat Training and subsequent service, and I continue to expand my technical expertise by studying cyber security at American Military University. I hold a Cosmetology License and bring disciplined leadership, problem-solving, and risk mitigation skills to civilian roles.
