I've built and scaled Village Mart, a rural quick-commerce platform with customer, admin, and delivery apps used by live customers. The Flutter and Firebase ecosystem has reached 1,000+ Google Play installs and supported 150+ successful deliveries.

I designed its offline-first ordering system for low-connectivity areas, using Firebase atomic transactions to prevent overselling. I also implemented dynamic QR UPI payments, inventory, billing, and last-mile logistics workflows while maintaining FSSAI food-tech compliance.

As an independent full-stack developer, I've delivered Next.js products for Havocline Ventures, Ujala Electric, and ResumeForge. My work includes lead-generation sites, e-commerce catalogs, dealership onboarding, AI-assisted resume building, document parsing, and Cashfree checkout.
