I delivered IPO-readiness directory architecture and governance for 50,000+ documents across 12 departments in under 8 weeks, 2 weeks ahead of deadline with zero compliance issues; reduced release cycle time by 30% by standardizing CI/CD release governance; and led third-party LLM API integrations (OpenRouter, Fireworks AI, Groq) through requirements, vendor timelines, acceptance criteria, and QA mapping to reduce post-release defects.
