At Tech Mahindra, I work as a Support Lead in the Technical Learning System, tracking training data and preparing reports for management.
I’m responsible for migrating reports from Qlik to Power BI and preparing a central dashboard from inputs across teams. I also automate reports using Advanced Excel and KNIME.
Earlier at Tech Mahindra, I worked in background verification and as a System Analyst. My work included analyzing ticket data for audits and preparing process performance reports.
At Capgemini, I supported the Performance Management system using SuccessFactors and maintained performance history for employees. Before that, I prepared business and MIS reports at DTDC and Datamatics.
