Maxim Benenson
@maximbenenson
I keep high-volume manufacturing operations running through precise production, troubleshooting, quality inspection, and process compliance.
What I'm looking for
I'm currently manufacturing carbon fiber and fiberglass rifle stocks at McMillan Rifle Stocks, inspecting material placement, saturation, seals, and finished surfaces to prevent defects. Previously at TSMC, I operated front- and middle-end etch tools, responded to alarms and stuck FOUPs, tracked control-wafer demand, and documented shift handovers to maintain material flow.
I've also operated Lissmac and Timesaver finishing equipment, adjusted machine parameters to improve surface quality, and performed routine maintenance and troubleshooting. Across manufacturing, retail, and automotive shop work, I bring careful documentation, technical communication, customer service, and a consistent focus on safety and quality.
