I’m a Sr. Architect at Lumen Technologies, where I’ve owned production Linux infrastructure at enterprise fleet scale for 30+ continuous years. I’m hands-on across the full lifecycle—design, deployment, operation, and refinement—built from 26 years of front-line on-call and incident response.

My day-to-day impact is automation-first engineering: I’ve driven multi-cloud image pipelines across AWS, Azure, and GCP, using Terraform IaC and automated Linux builds (RHEL, Rocky, OEL, and Ubuntu). I integrate vulnerability scanning and compliance gates so non-compliant artifacts can’t be published, and I build workflows for FedRAMP / gov-restricted environments using segregated build paths and repository replication.

On the fleet operations side, I helped design and support Ansible AWX as the primary configuration-management platform across the Unix fleet. I also migrated thousands of servers from SaltStack to Ansible AWX by re-implementing state as idempotent playbooks while preserving in-flight automation continuity during cutover.

I care deeply about “right signal, right routing”: I’ve built and migrated monitoring with Zabbix (a multi-award-winning implementation) and run production observability with Prometheus and Grafana, integrating ServiceNow incident flows with alert deduplication and auto-ticket closing. I mentor and collaborate across product, security, and network teams, and I’m seeking senior IC roles in production/platform infrastructure at scale.
