What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue as a Nurse Practitioner delivering compassionate, individualized pain care—combining medication management, complementary therapies, and strong education—while working closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve function and outcomes.

I’m a compassionate, experienced, highly motivated nurse practitioner and MSN-trained Registered Nurse with extensive healthcare experience and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered outcomes. I provide individualized care to a diverse patient population, grounded in thorough assessments, evidence-based decision-making, and strong communication.

In my Nurse Practitioner role (January 2021–Current), I conduct comprehensive pain-focused assessments, diagnose pain conditions, and develop tailored treatment plans. I prescribe and manage medications (including NSAIDs and muscle relaxants), monitor effectiveness and dependency potential, and integrate complementary therapies such as physical therapy, acupuncture, massage, mind-body practices, and lifestyle modifications; I also educate patients and families on self-care and pain management strategies. Previously, as a Registered Nurse/Case Manager (August 2014–August 2020), I managed up to 25 home care and hospice patients—delivering direct care (wound care, wound vac therapy, lab draws, INR evaluations), coordinating PICC/medi-port access, supporting caregivers and care teams, and supervising home health aides—along with medical-surgical RN experience (June 2010–July 2014), including telemetry monitoring and timely physician communication for clinical changes.
