I lead QC Microbiology operations at Quva, following microbiology management roles at Sanofi and earlier quality roles at Akorn Labs and DPT Labs. I coordinate daily lab activities, personnel schedules, testing, and metric-driven performance across GMP environments.
I've led investigations, deviations, change controls, CAPAs, audits, and controlled-document work while building KPI programs around test turnaround times and results. I also created a data integrity program grounded in GDP and ALCOA++, and served as a liaison for FDA and other regulatory auditors.
I improve sterile manufacturing operations through Lean, Six Sigma, and Fit4Future initiatives, including streamlined testing procedures, new Bioburden and BCA methods, and environmental monitoring trend reporting. I train teams in aseptic technique, cleanroom etiquette, and environmental monitoring while developing employees and strengthening lab safety.
