I've led modularisation into Swift packages, modernised CI/CD pipelines, and maintained 80%+ test coverage. I also pioneered AI-assisted feature planning with Claude Code and Codex while serving as Feature Lead and Scrum Master.

Built features and maintained the ~600K-line iOS codebase of Engage, a world-class omnichannel point-of-sale system deployed on iPad and iPod by major retailers. Led a cross-functional team on a four-week project and modernised networking by replacing RestKit with Apple's native stack in Swift.
