Matteo Rossi

At Almaviva, I build and maintain C#/.NET backend services for the Italian Ministry of Labour and Social Policies, including the SIISL ecosystem. I design REST APIs, business logic, and integrations with internal systems and public-sector platforms.

I manage API delivery across development, testing, documentation, releases, and production, working with API Management, Italy's PDND interoperability platform, SQL Server, and MySQL. I also develop internal tools and explore LLM-based tooling, MCP integrations, and agentic workflows to reduce repetitive engineering work.

Previously at Relactions, I created responsive hospitality-sector web experiences and reusable Vue.js components for projects including Principe Forte dei Marmi and Lupaia.
