At SYSDAM, I build dam safety and emergency management software used by major dam and hydropower operators in Brazil, China, and Africa, covering 200+ sites. I currently lead a 3-person squad and contributed to a public platform that gives communities and civil defense agencies access to evacuation routes and emergency guidance.
For my Computer Engineering thesis at UFOP, I re-architected a production system used by volunteer fire brigades from a monolith into microservices with NestJS, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Redis; it received the maximum grade. My work also includes building REST APIs and React interfaces, optimizing SQL queries, and integrating services.
