I’m looking for a team where I can build reliable backend + production AI systems—partnering across product and engineering to reduce latency and cost, ensure safety/compliance, and measure impact with strong evaluation and feedback loops.

I’m a software engineer with a strong focus on backend systems and AI-driven workflows. Recently, I’ve been building production systems that use LLMs to solve real business problems at scale, with special emphasis on making models reliable and cost-effective in production.

At Inditex, I helped redesign a customer support automation system into a multi-stage pipeline with retrieval, validation, and response generation—improving latency by ~50% and significantly lowering inference costs while keeping accuracy at a good level. I built semantic retrieval with embeddings to ground responses in internal knowledge, added robust failure-handling (early-exit validation, fallback routing, and escalation to human agents), and implemented evaluation/feedback loops so product teams could trace decisions and iteratively improve performance. I also designed and operated distributed, event-driven infrastructure using Kafka, microservices, and caching to support high-volume, low-latency interactions under real-world constraints like rate limits, API failures, and noisy inputs (including peak events such as Black Friday).
