What I'm looking for

I seek a Scrum Master role in an agile, collaborative organization where I can mentor teams, improve delivery processes, and apply embedded software expertise to deliver high-quality automotive solutions.

I am a Scrum Master with a strong embedded software engineering background, experienced in leading Agile ceremonies, improving team velocity, and delivering high-quality solutions within tight deadlines. I combine technical depth in AUTOSAR/CAN stacks with practical coaching to distributed cross-functional teams.

My hands-on engineering experience includes AUTOSAR communication stack development, BSW integration, lab-car testing with Vector and ETAS tools, and V-Model development phases. I have executed requirements analysis, software design, unit testing, and MISRA-compliant coding practices while using tools such as IBM Rhapsody, DOORS, JIRA, GitHub, CANalyzer, CANoe, and INCA.

I continuously apply retrospective findings and feedback to raise team performance and align delivery with stakeholder expectations. I seek roles where I can lead Agile teams, mentor engineers, and contribute both process improvements and technical solutions to complex automotive software projects.
