I've supported operations at Flower Centre Packaging Facility and the Gauteng Department of Education, combining administration with first- and second-line IT support. I troubleshoot hardware, software, Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, and user-access issues while maintaining accurate documentation and smooth workflows.

At the Gauteng Department of Education, I generated learner reports and term schedules in SASAMS for approximately 1,500 learners per term, managed procurement and financial implementation under PFMA guidelines, and supported compliance for institutional funds. I also coordinated departmental budgets and timelines to deliver project milestones on schedule.

I'm building my fraud-focused career through a Certificate in Digital Forensics, with practical knowledge of evidence preservation, chain of custody, transaction monitoring, risk assessment, and fraud detection techniques. I'm eager to apply my analytical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality in an entry-level Fraud Administrator role.
