I’m a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapy Caregiver with over 2 years of experience supporting individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. I assist patients with physical therapy exercises under the direction of licensed physical therapists, ensuring proper technique, safety, and consistent progress toward recovery goals.

I monitor and document patient responses to therapy, adjust care plans as needed, and communicate progress to therapists. From guided therapy sessions as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to educating patients and family members on home exercise programs, I focus on mobility and functional support through empathy, emotional encouragement, safe transfers, and help with mobility aids to reduce fall risks.
