At CLINGROUP Holding, I handled pharmacovigilance case intake, triage, and reporting using software tools selected according to company requirements. I also prepared ICSRs, PSURs, RMPs, and PSMFs.
I conducted weekly local literature screening and performed signal detection and trending. I supported safety data analysis and documentation, and followed up with healthcare professionals and patients.
My Doctor of Pharmacy from Saint-Joseph University of Beirut and Master’s in Public Health, specializing in Environment and Health, underpin my work in medication safety. I bring a foundation in pharmacology and medicine alongside experience assessing medication risks and analyzing safety data.
My earlier internships included hospital pharmacy rotations at Hotel-Dieu de France and Bellevue Medical center, as well as laboratory work at AL-ASSRIYAH Laboratory. I also completed pharmacy internships where I interpreted prescriptions, dispensed medications, and assisted pharmacists.
