What I'm looking for

I want a role where I can strengthen client engagement through high-impact communications, run day-to-day operations efficiently, and support strong teams with clear organization and professionalism.

I’m a results-driven Communication, Publicity, and ICT Ofﬁcer with strong experience coordinating daily operations, managing client interactions, and supporting smooth business functionality. In my current role, I develop and execute social media strategies, act as the first point of contact for online client interactions, and ensure professionalism and client satisfaction.

I also bring hands-on leadership from prior positions—managing daily operations at J.K Farm (scheduling, staff supervision, inventory, production budgets, and cost-effective resource allocation) and overseeing editorial projects as an Editor & Proofreader. With experience teaching English & Literature and mentoring students, I’m confident communicating clearly, meeting deadlines, and delivering excellence across both operations and content.
