What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead construction and engineering project delivery, coordinating technical teams and stakeholders while improving cost, schedule, quality, safety, and compliance outcomes.

I'm currently leading architectural and construction project operations at International Pharmaceuticals, Inc., guiding work from planning and design through procurement, construction, turnover, and closeout.

I align scope, schedules, budgets, quality requirements, and technical deliverables while coordinating consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. I also oversee bid evaluation, contract administration, QA/QC procedures, documentation, and corrective actions.

Previously, I led hull planning and design operations for multiple shipbuilding projects at DASH Engineering Philippines, Inc., managing drawing reviews, model checking, scheduling, technical submissions, and team coordination. I supported ISO auditing and compliance and was recognized as Employee of the Year in 2019.

I'm a Licensed Civil Engineer with over 10 years of experience and am pursuing a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering focused on Construction Technology & Management. I also bring teaching experience, safety training, BERDE certification, and emergency response leadership.
