At the International Peace Support Training Centre (IPSTC), I coordinate capacity-building programmes and work with internal teams, facilitators, participants, and external partners to keep activities on schedule. I contributed to four curriculum learning plans aligned with African Union, regional, and national frameworks, and designed and facilitated training modules across eight thematic areas.
I also prepared executive briefings and donor presentations, and contributed to the coordination and delivery of more than 22 training programmes reaching over 650 civilian, police, and military personnel. Earlier, as an Assistant Applied Researcher at IPSTC, I conducted field research on multi-agency improvised explosive device threat mitigation in Lamu County and supported the Africa Amani Journal editorial and publication workflow.
