At the Institute for Information Technologies, University of Kragujevac, I lead studies spanning cell biology, single-cell transcriptomics, bioinformatics, and translational research. I personally design and run wet-lab experiments, analyze transcriptomic data, and assess data quality and reproducibility.
I rebuilt the Pharmaceutics study from raw instrument data into an interactive paper and designed an MCP interface that links AI answers to source figures or tables. My work also includes pharmacovigilance evidence review and evaluating RNA velocity methods on reference and cancer single-cell datasets.
