I am a bioinformatics engineer and biochemist who builds reproducible pipelines, analyzes NGS data, and performs 3D structure prediction and molecular docking to answer complex biological questions. I develop bioinformatics tools and web applications (Flask, Dash) that enable researchers to reconstruct genomic fragments, perform haploid phasing, and extract meaningful results from raw data.

With a Master of Science in Biochemistry and professional experience at APIS Assay Technologies Ltd., I combine computational chemistry, structural analysis, and software engineering to design efficient workflows and automated analyses.
