In Corporate Strategy, I oversaw an $11B enterprise restructuring that transitioned the company from a Stock to a Reciprocal Exchange structure. I assessed $450M in debt refinancing options and executed an option to refinance $300M and pay down $150M.
In Treasury & Special Project Execution, I established an offshore reinsurance entity that provided $300M in regulatory capital relief to the parent company. I also produced a daily liquidity report used by Operations teams to deploy cash toward investments.
At Amazon, I defined global headcount reporting standards and centralized planning, saving 100+ hours annually. Earlier, at Vistra Energy, I worked in finance, sales, and business operations roles; I hold an MBA in Strategy from Notre Dame University, Mendoza College of Business, and a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University, Mays College of Business.
