What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can improve AI systems, validate data quality, conduct research, and apply strong writing and organizational skills while working independently and meeting deadlines.

I'm currently improving AI model performance at DataAnnotation by validating outputs, labeling text, images, and video, and developing creative prompts that help refine responses.

At Home Solutions, I verified brand information, corrected article inaccuracies, and maintained detailed spreadsheets to resolve data issues. I also evaluated web quality and relevance at TELUS International, using external research to authenticate information and support search accuracy.

My background also includes customer-facing sales and key-holder work at Woops! Macarons and Cookies, where I exceeded sales goals, managed inventory, trained staff, and handled daily financial reporting.
