Marianna Sciarra de Sousa

I’m an architect with 5 years of experience, including 3.5 years specializing in BIM and construction-focused project development. I build Revit-based architectural and structural models, then translate them into clear construction documentation and quantity takeoffs.

In my current role, I develop BIM models for construction execution and coordination, support multidisciplinary BIM coordination and model optimization, and help teams produce documentation that’s ready for delivery. Previously, I supported architectural projects through BIM coordination with subcontracted disciplines and preparation of technical documentation.

My experience also spans the design-to-permitting pipeline, from concept through permitting stages, including technical documentation, renderings, and 3D models. I bring a collaborative, solution-oriented approach that helps multidisciplinary teams move faster with coordinated models and practical outputs.
