At A400 – Projetistas e Consultores de Engenharia, I design and analyze steel and timber structures for national and international projects in accordance with Eurocodes.
I develop structural analysis models using Robot Structural Analysis, IDEA StatiCa, Ansys, and SAP2000. I also create in-house calculation tools for complex nonlinear, seismic, and buckling studies.
I coordinate with structural technicians and BIM modellers on construction drawings and BIM deliverables, and prepare technical reports and engineering documentation. My project experience includes high-rise buildings, data centers, industrial buildings, rehabilitation, and complex connection packages.
At the University of Aveiro, I worked as a Research Assistant in the Steel Structures Department on the ALPHACRITICAL research project, focused on a finite element solution for calculating critical load amplifiers. The research paper was nominated for Best Conference Paper at CMM 2023.
