Mariana Alvarez
@marianaalvarez1
Architectural designer and project lead focused on hospitality and residential development through executive documentation and coordination.
What I'm looking for
I’m an Architectural Designer with experience leading design development, project coordination, and executive documentation across hospitality and residential projects. I manage client communication and consultant coordination, and I’m responsible for material selection and delivery from concept through construction.
From my work on hospitality and mixed-use developments—such as Hampton Inn Playa del Carmen and current large-scale hospitality documentation for Holiday Inn San Miguel de Allende—I focus on conceptual development, spatial narrative, and building-program compliance. I also strengthened my foundation through my B.Arch, where I led full project development for a 16-unit luxury hospitality concept from conceptualization through executive documentation, and through multidisciplinary practice as an Architectural Intern.
