What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute architectural design and development thinking to residential, commercial, sports, or social-club projects, with opportunities to work on feasibility, concept planning, masterplans, and delivery.

I've contributed to real estate development projects at Wadi Degla Holding, supporting feasibility studies, business models, market research, and pre-concept planning for projects in Oman and Saudi Arabia.

At Wadi Degla Clubs, I designed layouts and master plans for new sports clubs, from conceptual design through full tender packages. I also developed the approved proposal for the Cairo Tower renovation and coordinated with structural and MEP teams.

Through freelance architectural design work with William’s Decorations, I've delivered site supervision, executive drawings, permit documentation, and 3D modeling for residential, pharmacy, mart, café, and restaurant projects across Egypt, France, and Morocco.

I bring architectural engineering training and a development-oriented perspective to residential, commercial, sports, and social-club developments, with hands-on skills in design, visualization, tender documentation, and masterplan evaluation.
