I am a certified pharmacy technician with hands-on inpatient experience compounding IVs, preparing and filling prescriptions, and coordinating medication delivery in hospital settings.

Since June 2023 I have worked as an inpatient pharmacy technician at a major health system, where I manage medication inventory, restock supplies, and collaborate closely with nurses and medical staff to ensure timely, safe medication administration. Previously I supported outpatient and retail pharmacy operations at CVS and completed internships at United Rx and Ascension St. John.

I bring strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills demonstrated across drive‑thru, pick‑up, and phone support roles, plus experience with insurance verifications and queue-based prescription processing. My background also includes warehouse fulfillment and frontline cashier work, which sharpened my attention to detail and efficiency under pressure. I hold Pharmacy Technician Certification (State of Michigan / PTCB certified) and continue professional development while pursuing college coursework.

I am driven to work in collaborative, patient-focused teams where medication safety and operational reliability are priorities, and I aim to grow into roles with increased responsibility in pharmacy operations. I take pride in accuracy, calm communication, and contributing to dependable medication workflows.
